Cosmos DB for MongoDB account naming convention
The CAF abbreviation for Cosmos DB for MongoDB account is cosmon.
Names can be 3 to 44 characters long and allow lowercase alphanumerics and hyphens.
The name must be globally unique across all of Azure.
