AKS user node pool naming convention

The CAF abbreviation for AKS user node pool is np. Names can be 1 to 12 characters long and allow lowercase alphanumerics only. The name must be unique within the parent resource.

Worth knowing: Can't start with a number. 1-6 for Windows.
